An easy to operate electronic timer that mounts to your stethoscope. Mount one to the stethoscope in your jump kit and it will always be there when needed.

What a neat gadget! Doesn't matter if it is day or night, the Pulse Timer is at my finger tips counting away the seconds. No need to divert attention away from my patient as I feel for pulse and struggle to see the second hand on my watch. Also, it is a nice diversion for peds!
